	EP conveyor belt Polyester conveyor belt, also called EP or PN conveyor belt, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamide in weft. The belt has the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength, suitable for medium, long-distance and heavy-load transportation of materials. Characteristics:small elongation ,good anti-bending and troughability ,shock and abrasion resistant , good heat resistant etc. The strength specifications of EP canvas are: 100N/mm 150N/mm 200N/mm 250N/mm 300N/mm 400N/mm . General EP conveyor belt as per GB/T7984-2001.
	Nylon conveyor belt Applications: Nylon conveyor belt are suitable for medium, long-distance and heavy load transportation 、heavy, shock, heavy abrasion of materials, widely used in mining, metallurgical , buildings, port and so on. Characteristic: ●Good resilient , resistant shock ● High adhesion , splendid flexibility ● Good troughability ● Thin and light belt body, high tensile strength ● Wet-hot and corrosion resistant ● Wear resistant and long working life The strength specifications of nylon canvas a r e : 1 0 0 N /mm 1 5 0N /mm 2 0 0 N/mm 250N/mm 300N/mm 400N/mm. According to the cover rubber , it can be divided into general type ,heat resistant type , fire-retardanttype, cold resistant type, acid alkali resiatant type, oil resistant type . General nylon conveyor belt as per GB／T7984-2001.
	PVC PVG fire-retardant conveyor belt The whole core fire-retardant conveyor belt is made from the whole belt core via dipping and plastify in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or sulfuration. It is mainly applicable for the underground well haulage of coal mines, and also the conveyance of materials for metallurgical and chemical industries, The whole core fire-retardant conveyer belt is divided into two types: PVC, PVG. It featureslargely in the high strength, no delamination with body, small elongation, large freight volume and stable conveyance performance.Besides, it is fire retardant, anti-static, shock resistant, wearable and corrosion resistant. PVC type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are PVC coating cover ,and inclined angle: <16°with dry materials. PVG type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, and inclined angle: <20°with damp materials.
	Fire resistant conveyor belt / high temperature 800 resistant conveyor belt Fire resistant conveyor belt are widely used in steel, cement, metallurgical industry and so on , mainly transport agglomerate, hard coke and so on . Due to the materials temperature is very high , such as 400℃—800℃,separately over 1000℃,what more the different working environment, the cover rubber and skeleton materials of common heat resistant conveyor belt can't bear high temperature for a long time, it appearsurface spoiled ,burning, mass fallen ,blister, skeleton materials burnt , and influence the working life . 	Acid Resistant And Alkali-Resistant Conveyer Belt This kind of product is suitable for the acid and alkali contact condition, eg phosphoric fertilizer, abstracts salt from sea water The covering layer rubber is the mixture of rubber and plastic and filled with acid resistant and alkali resistant inert materials, which is much better than LDR acid and alkali resistant conveyer belt. The framework material is EP canvas, is more reliable and more alkali resistant and the cotton canvas core belt. Generally it is made into ring shaped.
	Heat resistant conveyor belt Detailed Product Description a.It can bear 250 high temperature for a short time b.It suitable for use in cement,metallurgicaland steel industry The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric of high modulus,low shrink,and high breaking tensile strength.Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or Chloro-butyl rubber that has very good high temperature resistance.the belt is made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials,assembling and vulcanizing. The carcass of this product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping.Under normal working temperature of below 180°C,the belt is low in elongation,excellent in anti-abrasion,and can bear 250°C high temperature for a short time.The belt is suitable foe use in cement, metallurgical and steel industry.
