Introduction
Fire resistant conveyor belt are widely used in steel, cement, metallurgical industry and so on , mainly transport agglomerate, hard coke and so on . Due to the materials temperature is very high , such as 400℃—800℃,separately over 1000℃,what more the different working environment, the cover rubber and skeleton materials of common heat resistant conveyor belt can't bear high temperature for a long time, it appear surface spoiled ,burning, mass fallen ,blister, skeleton materials burnt , and influence the working life .
In order to improve the conveyor belt working life , our company carried out the burn resistant conveyor belt series .
Burning resistant conveyor belt body structure and characteristics,main structure: Burning resistant layer, transit layer ,heat protection layer, strength layer and heat resistant.
