Introduction
The whole core fire-retardant conveyor belt is made from the whole belt core via dipping and plastify in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or sulfuration. It is mainly applicable for the underground well haulage of coal mines, and also the conveyance of materials for metallurgical and chemical industries, The whole core fire-retardant conveyer belt is divided into two types: PVC, PVG.
It features largely in the high strength, no delamination with body, small elongation, large freight volume and stable conveyance performance. Besides, it is fire retardant, anti-static, shock resistant, wearable and corrosion resistant.PVC type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are PVC coating cover ,and inclined angle: ＜16°with dry materials.PVG type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, and inclined angle: ＜20°with damp materials.

Mechanical properties
It can provide users with long service life and economic installation .
The longest service life factors:entire core was made by warp weft filament and cover cotton woven ; dip on the special formula of pvc to make the between of core and rubber cover to reach the high adhesive strength ; special formula rubber cover .
