Secondly, the production process is different. Chlorobutyl rubber stopper has an additional vulcanization process. Silicone sealing ring has an open porous structure, which can adsorb many substances, and is a good desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst carrier. The adsorption of silica gel is mainly physical adsorption, which can be regenerated and used repeatedly. Add acid to alkali metal silicate (such as sodium silicate) solution to make it acidified, and then add a certain amount of electrolyte to stir to form silicic acid gel; or add acid or Ammonium salts can also form silicic acid gels.

Finally, plastic products can be recycled and reused many times, but chlorobutyl rubber stopper is not. It can only be processed into reclaimed rubber before it can be reused.
